Design and Analysis of Two Wheeler Leg Guard for Material and Shape Optimization

The growing demand for high performance engine technology in the two-wheeler market segment has pushed average speed of motorcycle to a higher limit, which already raised danger accidents leading serious knee and lower tibia injuries. Vehicle designers, testers, validators undergo rigorous design, testing, validation processes based on highest criteria strength, weight reduction, enhanced fuel efficiency, etc., but with fewest requirements vehicle’s safety an accident. design leg guard popular Indian Pulsar 150 motorcycle. By changing shape material, thorough investigation strength is performed. We select three different materials, such as SS202, SS347, SS440C. pulsar was built, its stress deformation were assessed. optimal configuration selected from total six variants using least deformation.
